Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with us. We’re here to help if you want to return or exchange your product. Please read our return policy before initiating the return of your product.
General Guidelines
We provide hassle-free 3-day returns from the delivery date with reverse pick-up services. A Rs 100 reverse shipment fee applies to refunds per order, with no shipping deduction for exchanges (store credits provided).
• In case of exchange, kindly mention “need store credit for exchange” while initiating the return.
• It generally takes 2–3 business days to arrange the reverse pickup.
• Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier can’t pick up the shipment, you’ll need to return it to the company address. Reverse pick-up availability depends on your area pin code.
• Refunds are initiated upon receipt of the returned product. It typically takes 6-7 business days for the product to reach us after being shipped from customer's address. Once received, the product will be inspected, and the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days of a successful inspection.
• Refund eligibility is contingent on the product meeting the following criteria:
-Unworn and unused
-Original tags intact
-Original packaging preserved
-Products returned in poor condition or clearly worn may receive a partial refund based on the condition of the product.
Refunds and Store Credits
• When you choose COD, you’ll get store credit matching your payment value, valid for a year. Store credits cannot be refunded; they can only be redeemed within our exclusive store.
• Prepaid orders qualify for bank transfer refunds. Allow at least 7 days for the return to be processed and the refund amount to reflect in your bank account.
• Express shipping charges (fast shipments sent upon request, with extra express charges) are non-refundable.
• For self-shipped orders, an additional Rs 100 store credit will be issued in lieu of courier charges for both COD and prepaid payments.
Self-Shipping of Orders for Returns
If your pin code isn’t eligible for a reverse pick-up, we will inform you via email, WhatsApp, or call. In such cases, you can courier your product to us at the address provided.
• Ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Mention the Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
• All items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Refunds for self-shipped orders will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Important Notes
• Internationally shipped items are not returnable or exchangeable.
• Cancellations are only possible until the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• If you receive an SMS or email about order delivery but haven’t received the order, contact us at hello@zamourstore.com.
• If the product does not meet standards at delivery, contact us promptly at hello@zamourstore.com with details and a clear video recording of unpacking of parcel.
