Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with us. We're here to help if you're not happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy before initiating the return of your product.
  1. We provide hassle-free 7-day returns from delivery date with reverse pick-up services. A Rs 100 reverse shipment fee applies to refunds per order, with no shipping deduction for exchanges (store credits provided).
  2. In case of Exchange, kindly mention "need store credit for exchange" while return.
  3. Pick-up will be tried twice. If the courier can't pick up the shipment, you'll need to return it to the company address. Reverse Pick-Up availability depends on your area pin code.
  4. When you choose COD, you'll get store credit matching your payment value, valid for a year. Expect the credit in 1-2 days after the return is processed, sent to your email/number.
  5. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a partial refund would be provided subject to the condition of product.
  6. Kindly allow at least 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS.
  7. Store credits cannot be refunded; they can only be redeemed within our exclusive store.
  8. Express Shipping Charges (fast shipments sent upon request, with extra express charges) are Non-Refundable.
  9. Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  10. Internationally shipped items are not returnable or exchangeable.
  11. We will not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of store credit (gift card) in case of COD. We would give additional Rs.100 store credit  (in lieu of courier charges) in both the payment modes.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
